Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee
At Remodius you have a standard 30-day money-back guarantee. This means you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.
In addition, you have the legal right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day of receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
So we apply a more generous period of 30 days, but the conditions below still apply.
Refund
When you make use of your right of withdrawal or our 30-day money-back guarantee, you will receive:

The refund takes place within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good order
Conditions for returning
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us:

And, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
