All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Order on weekdays before 11 PM (Belgium: 8 PM) and your parcel goes out the same day.

Return within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. You receive the full order amount including shipping costs back within 14 days of registering your return.

Free returns

Returns are free via our returns portal. Register your return and you immediately receive a return label and instructions.

2-year warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty and service from the Netherlands. If anything goes wrong, we arrange repair or replacement.

Return the product with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Depreciation caused by use beyond what is necessary may be charged.
